Payment for all purchases from Demant is due within thirty days of the invoice date (NET 30 INVOICE).
In order to ensure payments are properly credited to a customer's account, please reference your account and invoice numbers on each payment cheque. Cheques that are returned or nonsufficient funds (NSF) will be subject to a charge of $50.
Demant accepts cheques, Visa, Mastercard, or Cash on delivery. Refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque only. There shall be no refunds by credit card.
Demant shall, upon receipt and written request, issue a credit to customer’s account instead of reimbursing by way of cheque
If any information on a customer’s statement appears to be incorrect, the customer shall have 60 days to notify Demant of the possible error. Any amounts contested beyond this 60 day notice period will not be open to review or credit.
PST Exemption No: Customer is required to send a copy of the PST Exemption Certificate with the completed credit application. GST Exemption No: Customer is required to send a copy of the GST Exemption Certificate with the completed credit application
Any outstanding balances beyond the terms notified in this document will be subject to 1% per month interest. Demant retains the right to apply late payment charges on all outstanding balances.

A confidential email is required for accessing any accounting related statements and documents (monthly statements, invoices, credit notes, etc). Please note that only the recipient specified below will be able to view these documents

The Applicant hereby certifies that the information contained in this application is true and correct. The Applicant understands that this information is being provided to Demant for the purpose of inducing Demant to extend credit to the Applicant. The Applicant hereby authorizes reports from credit reporting agencies. The Applicant also agrees to reimburse Demant for any expenses incurred by Demant for collecting any overdue accounts owed by the Applicant to secure the payment of any outstanding accounts. Upon such accounts becoming overdue, the applicant authorizes Demant to register a security interest against the Applicant and the company, at its discretion.
